Alexz ha mandato una mail a tutti i suoi fan e ci ha dato anche qualche piccola informazione in più sull'imminente Voodoo Reloaded.

"It'’s my birthday today. I feel it's a wonderful time to reflect on the special people in my life and to be thankful for all the support that all of you have given me over the past year..

Just recently I had an awesome photo shoot in New York, and can'’t wait to share some of those photos with you (even I haven’t seen any of them yet!) And, I’m excited for the video that will be shooting in December, in time for a first single being released in early January.

One thing I can use your help on: We’'ve referred to this album as Voodoo Reloaded, because of course it’'s a remix of the original Voodoo album. But we’'re considering using a different title. I’'d be grateful for any suggestions you have..:)

The next couple of months we'll be busy doing new artwork for the album, shooting the video, maybe another photo shoot, and then all the excitement as the first single comes out— and then it looks like the full album will be out so metime in February.

And, I haven’t forgotten the fans who were early buyers of Voodoo even before it was physically released— we said we'’d give them a remix version of Trip Around the World and we’re planning to get that out to all of you soon (we need to get fully mastered versions of the songs, and there’s still some very minor tweaking happening..)

But really.. I just want to say how thankful I am to have all of you in my life, I thank you for your patience as we work at making the best possible album for you.. soon we'’ll all be able to share and talk about the remixed tracks. What a special time that will be..

"E' il mio compleanno oggi. Penso sia il momento ideale per riflettere sulle persone speciali nella mia vita e per essere grata per tutto il supporto che tutti voi mi avete dato negli ultimi anni..

Recentemente ho realizzato un fantastico photo shoot a New York, e non vedo l'ora di farvi vedere qualche foto (nemmeno io le ho ancora viste!). E sono molto emozionata per il video che sarà girato a dicembre, in tempo per un primo singolo che uscirà per i primi di gennaio.

Vi chiedo un aiuto: noi ci siamo riferiti a quest'album chiamandolo Voodoo Reloaded, perchè comunque è il remix dell'originale album Voodoo. Ma stiamo considerando di usare un titolo differente. Vi sarei grata per qualsiasi consiglio abbiate..:)

Nei prossimi due mesi saremo impegnati a realizzare un nuovo artwork per l'album, a girare il video, forse un altro photo shoot, e poi l'emozione per il primo singolo che uscirà e sembra che l'intero album sarà pubblicato a febbraio.

E non ho dimenticato i fan che hanno acquistato Voodoo in anticipo prima ancora che l'album diventasse fisico, ci siamo detti daremo loro una versione remix di Trip Around The World e stiamo progettando di farla uscire fuori molto presto per tutti voi (abbiamo bisogno di completare l'intera masterizzazione delle versioni delle canzoni, e per questo ci vorrà ancora poco tempo..)

Ma davvero.. Voglio solo dire quanto io sia grata di avervi nella mia vita, vi ringrazio per la vostra pazienza perchè lavoriamo per creare il miglior album possibile per voi.. presto saremo in grado di condividere e di parlare delle tracce remix. Sarà un periodo speciale..
